• Exit Soltau-Ost - B 209 direction Lüneburg
• Exit Embsen/Barnstedt,turn left to Rettmer/Lüneburg
• Follw the road to the place-name sign Lüneburg and than continue to the center (Zentrum)

Please notice

There is no car parking for visitors at the museum, instead use the car parking "Stadtmitte" or "Theater". The museum is located in the historical part of the town.

You reach the museum within few minutes from "Am Sande" which is connected to most bus routes
